About Lee Allison

Hi! My name is Lee Allison. As the title above says I am, indeed, an agilist. What that header doesn't tell you is that I am a strong communicator with a ton of experience across a vast range of the IT world. I've done everything from multimillion dollar infrastructure projects to transforming the workflow of every employee of a major bank to launching cruise missiles for the US Navy. OK, that last one isn't strictly IT but it's still fun to brag about. I bring a huge enthusiasm to my work and have been crucial in team relationship building at every place I've ever worked. I have spent the past decade deeply involved in the Agile movement; layering those skills and knowledge over the top of almost a decade of traditional project management. My next professional goals are to level up my skills and continue to bring agility to any person place or thing that needs it. And I honestly believe we all need a little bit of it. Outside of assisting organizations in working better, I am an avid cook, brewer, coder and spend way too much time playing video games.
