About Lee Davidson

As a coach and consultant, I strive to help individuals and organizations with transformational development, personally and in professional environments. I am an experienced professional with over 15 years of leadership roles in the hospitality and educational industries. I practice business development, strategic planning, market research, and program development and facilitation. I take pride in supporting other businesses with developing operations, designing effective work processors, writing staff training, and facilitating professional development programs. My creative, entrepreneurial, and collaborative spirit shapes my diverse professional career. I have had the privilege of running my own business learning sales techniques, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with critical stakeholders. In addition, I am a chef and entrepreneur, and I have always worked under pressure with multiple team players and extreme time constraints. One of the most exciting and high-pressure opportunities happened on a TV food network show called ‘Chopped’, where I had to prepare 3 courses under time constraints, reaching the final stage.
