My current role is a Collections CRM with Loop Customer Management who provide contact centre and collections and billing services on behalf of their sister company Yorkshire Water. Prior to that I worked on assignment for KPMG Managed Services via Reed as KYC Analyst Support. The role supported a key client in providing due diligence checks and reviewing accounts to support the prevention of Money Laundering and Fraud. Prior to that, my last role was Deputy Grapevine IMAC Manager and I was responsible for training and managing the Grapevine Team, ensuring incoming calls were actioned and the correct advice and support given to Post Office staff following any incident on site (suspicious activity, SAR’s, robberies, burglaries etc.) and allocating an appropriate graded response to calls.Prior to joining Kings, I spent 22 years working in the insurance and financial services sector where my most recent role was as a Product Relationship Manager developing and managing relationships with our ancillary product providers. Previous other roles have focused on customer complaint handling, and the management of a complaints team, reporting to Senior Management on complaint volumes and service levels. During my time at Leeds Building Society I served as Vice-Chair of the Society’s Colleague Association, supporting colleagues in matters ranging from disciplinary hearings to redundancy consultation.Competencies: Building Relationships, Customer Focused, Decision Maker, Complaint Handling, Leadership.
