Hi, my name is Lee Jones. I am a results-oriented sales professional with nearly two decades of corporate experience managing both inbound and outbound accounts for some of the UK’s largest telecommunication companies. My innate determination to exceed all targets set before me, coupled with an authentic appreciation for the customers I serve, has helped to make me a top performer within each company I have represented throughout my career.In addition to routinely exceeding all weekly and monthly sales goals for customer recruitment and retention, I have also been tasked with introducing new commission rollout plans to employees, helping develop new staff members within our sales teams, developing organisational best practices, etc. I was recently nominated “Salesman of the Year” by BT out of more than 200 candidates, I am routinely recognized as a top tier, platinum advisor within the organisation. Customers describe me as both conversational and passionate. I constantly receive positive feedback for not only closing sales and renewing lapsed contracts, but for doing so with empathy. I have an insatiable desire to learn and I am committed to growing myself both personally and professionally. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my sons, exercising, and supporting local charities that help to make a positive impact on the community I’m proud to call home.
