I am a seasoned qualitative researcher & story teller, having worked in marketing and consumer insight for over 20 years. My passion for insight developed through advertising & research agency experience, time spent freelancing and working in the corporate world at Unilever & Investec. I have broad domain experience, having worked across brand, creative, CX & innovations with global & local blue-chip businesses & brands, building solid client relationships along the way. There is nothing more satisfying than unearthing actionable insights on which clients can base influential strategy. I am truly passionate about consumer-led research and the value of a motivational approach to gathering insight. My qualitative experience ranges from client service to moderation and project management, but my strengths lie in thought leadership, strategic analysis & reporting. I am skilled in digital methodologies and au fait with a variety of online research tools and methodologies. Being a safe pair of hands & solid team player, with interest & experience in both traditional qualitative & the digital qualitative space means I offer up to date & relevant solutions to clients' business questions, as well as mentoring and coaching junior researchers with enthusiasm & positive energy.
