I have a strong understanding of Electrical Systems, Having a background in electrical theory I posses the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and site plans. I have had extensive training as an electrician and have achieved a red seal, I have also been specially trained by larger companies in the solar industry, I have also completed the Solar PV Green Card course and am in the process of acquiring a test date. As the current fall protection planner for Specialized Solar Systems, I have extensive knowledge in Risk Management, This includes but does not limit, Risk assessment, Identifying potential hazards and implementing safety protocols to protect both myself, my team and the workplace in general. Throughout my career I have managed many projects from concept to completion ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to specification. I was able to achieve this due to my strong organizational skills, this enables me to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality control.A big part of project management is troubleshooting and Problem-Solving, with this skill I am able to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently, reducing downtime and increasing productivity. I believe that I can fulfill this role because of my willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and methods, which is crucial in a field that evolves rapidly with advancements like renewable energy and smart systems. I possess the ability to adapt to changing environments, I have been involved in construction, commercial and industrial settings and am open to more opportunities. Throughout my career I have always had strong interpersonal skills, I have the ability work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, including engineers, contractors and clients to ensure projects are executed smooth. My interaction with non-technical clients have given me the ability to communicate clearly ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and expectations. To summarize, I have always been a reliable team member who consistently meets deadlines and delivers high-quality work in an otherwise stressful and fast paced environment. I have also always been known to take on responsibility for my work and strive to improve myself continuously.
