I sit on the AtkinsRealis national BS SLT, the northern business regional leadership team and group UK and Europe ELT. I am sector lead for corporate real estate. I have significant experience of managing P&L, marketing and successful business development. I am passionate about people and excel in the formation, development and management of successful teams. My technical experience ranges from core Building Surveying technical due diligence, development risk analysis and monitoring,building pathology, dilapidations and professional services, alteration and refurbishment design through to development project management of site assembly and buy in, brief development, appointing and managing the best professional team, securing planning consent, design development through to procurement and delivery to Practical completion. My focus is on delivery to time, budget and quality requirements - a cliché but not simple Outside of work I love to spend time with my family and friends. I play competitive racket sports - Squash, Racketball and Padel Tennis. I have retaken up a sport which involves chasing a small white ball in and out of the woods.
