I'm an ambitious person, who is helpful and willing to learn at all times. Being adaptable is one of my best qualities and being able to deal with pressure in a multitude of environments. This comes out best at work when dealing with the general public questions or complaints, and also when helping new staff to help them work with new equipment or unfamiliar surroundings. I have a passion for sport, and aviation, personally I am a person who will attack everything with a positive attitude and will always give any job role, task or situation 100%. My work with junior grassroots football teams and Altrincham Ladies FC is a prime example of self belief in a pressured, ever changing environment. You never know what an 8 year old might ask you for, and you never know how late your center forward will turn up at a big game. Being adaptable under pressure is a quality I believe is one of my strongest. I've a host of interpersonal skills gained from managing a team of people within the horseracing industry, Working within grassroots football and also helping to introduce new staff from varying backgrounds. I've worked alongside the public, I understand the role and importance when within a company of maintaining brand image and positive public relations. My current role is maintaining parks and gardens for the local council and maintaining a safe environment for everyone on entry ways, alleyways and overgrown growth. We deal with the general public in sometimes difficult situations, always making sure the image of the company is kept to a high standard at all times, and following through on any promises I have made to make a report to my team leader with requests from the general public. Logging jobs before and after completion with an ipad and using the company email communications. I have undertaken various training to better myself and the company workforce. My past work includes Bus driving in a busy seaside area, managing ever changing situations with the general public, vehicle breakdowns, managing time constraints and being trusted with money and cashing up at the end of the day. Working as a PRM helper at Manchester airport, I worked with a variety of customers with disabilities who need help or guidance through the airport on their inbound or outbound journeys. working airside, adhering to security measures in place, understanding the workings of airport life and the busy schedules the aircraft have and doing my best to work within these times to ensure the efficiency of the airlines, staff and keeping the customers happy.
