Certified Executive Coach and Professional Certified Coach working in the field of coaching and leadership development since 2004. I am passionate about providing coaching for leaders at all levels of the organization, from new leaders through Sr. Executives and C-Suite, the objectives being to help achieve the individuals and organizations desired results and creating an environment to foster sustainable change. I work with leaders and teams in individual and group coaching scenarios and am a master facilitator. My vocation is building sustainable leadership presence by focusing on an individual’s self-awareness, intention and impact, and emotional intelligence. My areas of strength include leadership presence, influence, communication, conflict management, team development and trust. My coaching experience spans many industries and countries, having worked in Oil and Gas, Finance, Insurance, Not for Profit, Technology, Safety, Professional Services, Wellness and Government to name a few and I’ve had the pleasure and honour of working with a diverse client base from across Canada, United States, Europe, Asia, South America, Middle East, and Australia. My 30+ years of business experience includes senior leadership, mentorship, and Executive Directorship roles. I’ve worked as both an employee and a consultant, having successfully partnered with and coached executive level leaders in navigating their personal and organizational development objectives. I’ve lead large teams and have been responsible for multimillion-dollar budgets, strategic planning, change and project management, and talent development.
