About Lena Kull

I am a positive extrovert social person. I am ambitious and driving, and thrive with a (high) technical or abstract level. With a background in calculations, I am problem-oriented and structured, and like to learn more in old/new areas. The combination of these talents needs controlling, otherwise I am everywhere! But my experience from years of working with continuous improvement has developed what I think a comfortable ambition level. During my years as a manager I developed the interest of behavior knowledge and this is a clear help when interviewing team members in order to find the root cause of a problem. Done several root cause analysis and value stream mappings, with both good and sometimes bad outcome, learning how important the influence of people skill is!
