Properties should show positive cash flow and DSCR of 1.25 or greater. Health care related properties including but not limited to medical office buildings, clinics, assisted living/nursing homes and similar properties located anywhere in the US. Purchase or refinance. Loan sizes of $1 million and up. Owner occupied properties may be eligible for special program of up to 130% LTV. Commercial Development or Redevelopment Projects of all types—industrial/retail/residential (no SFR developments). Loan sizes of $5 million and up. Project locations can be in most areas of the world. Projects MUST be well documented including feasibility study and business plan. Special program available for 100% financing if developer can escrow 10% of total project cost or have investors who can escrow 10% of project costs. Specialties: We offer 90-100% financing for all construction loans nationwide. The project must be income producing and the loan amount must be over 4 million(some exceptions granted).
