About Leon Furtado

With an academic and professional journey spanning four continents, I bring a strong interest in strategy, performance, and customer-centric solutions in diverse global environments. During my studies, I had the privilege of attending top institutions such as ESSEC Business School in the Asia-Pacific region, the Darla Moore School of Business in the U.S, and Universität Mannheim in Germany. This immersive academic and cultural experience sharpened my understanding of international markets and business dynamics. Professionally, I’ve contributed to both startups and large organizations. At Levilo, a fast-growing startup, I supported the customer success and marketing teams, working directly with leadership on strategic initiatives. I also led consulting projects for media and tech companies, including a brand development initiative for a Mexican streaming platform expanding into the Brazilian market. Most recently, I joined Petronas Lubricants International, where I first worked as a Data Analyst in the Commercial Excellence team, contributing to performance tracking and insights. I now continue this journey as a Marketing & Customer Excellence Specialist, combining analytical thinking with strategic execution to deliver value and drive results. I’m excited to keep growing in global and innovation-driven environments, where I can merge creativity, data, and cross-cultural experience to build impactful solutions.
