About Leon Holtkamp

After a period with focus on helping others I have joined a team back in pharmaceuticals, because I realised that as a one-man company I missed out on team-working, which I like so much. It is my passion to work with a team on ambitious goals and to make an organization more successful. As a coach I am passionate about optimizing human potential and creating a positive impact on the world. As Vistage Chair and as passionate Executive Coach I loved to work with a group of executives and leaders to grow, become better leaders, and achieve better results, especially when in a green and sustainable way. I partnered with Vistage, the world's leading CEO organization, to connect successful executives in peer advisory groups, where we shared expertise, challenged each other, and build lifelong leadership excellence. In my work I leverage my 25+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceuticals. I have proven I inspire teams and drive business success, in various organizations. As a team we have achieved remarkable results. With my focus on efficiency we increased profitability to almost 50% in a €30 million P&L, and exceeded a revenue target of €350 million. I incorporate nature-inclusivity and biodiversity in my decisions, to preserve the world for our children. My goal is always to create a team, so we can exchange expertise, stimulate each other to grow, and make better decisions. In this way we increase the quality of our leadership and the success of our organizations, make our communities stronger, and our living-space inclusive and sustainable.
