I drive positive change through stakeholder engagement and fostering responsible conduct, having worked across research governance, human and animal ethics, research infrastructure and laboratory management. However, my real expertise lies in how I approach challenges: seeing unexpected connections, finding elegant solutions in unique places, and communicating complex ideas with clarity and purpose.
