About Leslie Bailey

My experience as a senior leader has built my purpose - to help leaders, teams and organisations deepen their self-awareness and through coaching, step into their brilliant futures. I coach Leaders, groups and teams and work with organisations to develop coaching capability to transform "the way we do things around here" by weaving coaching into the fabric of everyday, as a strategic lever for growth. Currently working direct with large corporates I am bringing creativity to their coaching approach, through developing leaders to coach more, working with senior teams to create awareness and move forward to be fit for purpose, working with rapid response coaching models and group coaching conversation clinics, and much more. As a Coach, I bring insight from a technical and senior leadership background in Commercial Lending and Investment Management where I consistently developed diverse and engaged high performing teams. I draw on experience from leading global coaching in a large corporate where I built a successful coach faculty and coached leaders at all levels to accelerate performance. An Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation I volunteer with the UK Chapter and am delighted to be part of the Board, leading on ‘Coaching in Organisations’.
