As a double qualified Attorney-at-Law, I advise domestic and multinational clients on international commercial law, trade and corporate law, public economic law, dispute resolution, project finance, privatization, energy, infrastructure investments, private finance initiative (PFI), public private partnerships private finance 2 (PF2) and hydrogen investments. I draft and negotiate commercial documents regarding all types of cross-border transactions, in particular transnational projects in Turkey and Germany. In addition, I advise on corporate documents, including stock-transfer, asset purchase and shareholder agreements. I counsel clients on general corporate matters and assist them in coordinating and implementing multi-jurisdictional restructuring transactions. I represent domestic and multinational companies before all level of courts in Turkey and Germany. I am admitted to practice as an attorney-at-law in Turkey (Avukat) and in Germany (Rechtsanwalt).
