About Lewis Devlin

As a Recruitment Consultant at Social Personnel, I help public sector organizations find and hire qualified candidates for various roles in social care, health, and education. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leicester, and I have also completed a course in Data Analysis from AiCore. I have more than three years of experience in the recruitment industry, working with Eden Brown Synergy before joining Social Personnel in January 2023. I have successfully recruited and placed allied health professionals and adult social care workers, as well as supported other recruitment consultants and resourcers. I have developed strong skills in recruiting, relationship building, and communication, as well as a keen interest in data-driven decision making and problem solving. I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of people and communities through my work, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities.
