As Senior Advisor for Digital Transformation at the Local Government Association (LGA), he helps councils leverage emerging technologies to drive cost efficiency, service innovation, and better public outcomes. An alumnus of Imperial College London and Harvard Kennedy School, Lewis blends deep expertise in digital health leadership, AI, and emerging technologies with cutting-edge academic rigor and real-world application, driving transformative change at the forefront of the sector.
