I have 3+ years paralegal experience working with criminal defense attorneys on federal cases, authoring evidence-based outlines for case narrative-building and trial strategy based on comprehensive data analysis. I was responsible for reviewing and summarizing key data from large ESI productions across industries, and quickly learned various mission critical litigation support and trial presentation tools and then helped to train attorneys on these softwares. I designed and delivered captivating visual aids and presentations and, as a hot seat operator, presented them during trial. I researched, designed, developed and delivered written drafts for opening, cross-examination and closing arguments at trial. I also managed communication with defendants and coordinated with subject matter and technical experts, and took the lead on building clients' backstories and personal narratives for mitigation factors at sentencing.
