My passion for sports and fitness led me to pursue a BTEC in sports coaching and fitness from Moulton College, where I learned how to plan, deliver, and evaluate effective coaching sessions and fitness programs. I also developed my teamwork, leadership, and communication skills by participating in representative rugby and cricket since the age of 13. I am a personable and motivated professional who enjoys interacting with people and making a positive difference in their well-being.
