About Liam Gray

I currently hold a full time position with The Lawrenson Group in Hamilton. For the last four and a half years I have worked in various job roles for the company, my current position as the marketing, events and music manager for the group. I have been in this role for nearly two years. The Lawrenson Group consists of 12 businesses, located in Hamilton and Auckland. My current role requires me to put myself into the shoes of the customer in 12 different target markets. Understanding people’s needs and how to fulfil them is one of the fundamentals I stand by. I strive to be the best person I can be on a daily basis. I like to think I give 110% to everything I do. Being efficient and organised are two of my key traits. I am someone to ask questions and not afraid to express my opinion and explain my thought process. I can be self-driven and work individually to a high standard. I feel I am a great problem solver and am always looking for ways to improve myself and those around me. I feel I am an honest and reliable individual and have a structured way of working. I am task orientated and enjoy completing smaller tasks and working towards a larger end goal. I have a desire to succeed and am able to keep myself motivated to achieve my own goals as well as those set for me. I enjoy working with other people and in teams. I pride myself in being a confident and professional individual as I am aware that first impressions count.
