About Liam Peyton

High-Performance Mindset | Disciplined Leadership | Purpose-Driven Approach For more than a decade, I have competed at the highest levels of hockey in Canada, including over four years in major junior and four seasons in USports, where I balanced the demands of elite athletics with academic achievement. Following my university career, I have advanced to professional hockey, bringing with me a strong foundation of discipline, resilience, and leadership, qualities that extend far beyond sport. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for both performance and character, earning back-to-back Hardest Working Player Awards with the Charlottetown Islanders (QMJHL), the Outstanding Community Involvement Award with the Halifax Mooseheads (QMJHL), Tiger of the Year for dedication to training and devotion to the growth of the team at Dalhousie University, and most recently, Most Valuable Player of the Dalhousie Tigers. Raised in a military household, I grew up with a deep understanding of discipline, accountability, and service, values that have shaped my approach both on and off the ice. I recently completed my Bachelor of Management with a Minor in Psychology at Dalhousie University, and I am particularly interested in the intersection of high-performance sport, team-culture, and business leadership. I thrive in environments where standards are high, outcomes matter, and people are held accountable to themselves and to one another. I believe in the power of strong leadership and culture to drive success whether in sport, business, or life.
