I am a Program Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry, having managed projects ranging from software and client development to infrastructure and web publishing. I bring excellent communication skills, years working with different cultures and regions across multinational corporations. I speak French to native standard. Using the skills learnt in becoming a Black Belt in Lean Systems, I have been working on process analysis, both in end to end delivery and the internal processes themselves. I have managed both local and remote teams, and bring a proactive and positive approach to the challenges involved in leading teams and projects to success in complex and fast-moving environments.
