Working smarter to find the best practical solutions to processing problems.With 17 years project managing the design, procurement and installation of Capital projects (boiler & baghouse, spray dryer & agglomerator baghouses, packing equipment). Responsible for the identification of suppliers, procurement, capex & project management documentation, installation of equipment, process commissioning and product qualification activities. Management of suppliers, contractors (including building works) and own resources driving towards the successful implementation of projects.I have broadened my knowledge and experience as a process engineer through learning about front end project management, equipment design & installation, drawing up plant layouts in 2D & 3D AutoCAD. Projects have involved a variety of equipment from including steam boilers, emission control equipment, packaging equipment and automation. I have successfully adapted to project management through my interesting and challenging projects whilst working in NZ; becoming a complete engineering all-rounder.Specialities: Instant coffee processing - Extraction, Aroma recovery, Spray Drying, Agglomeration, Freeze Drying, Other areas of experience: Packing equipment, air emissions control equipment - bag filters / baghouses.Plant layout & design using AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
