I am a dedicated lawyer with a strong academic background specializing in contract law. I have had the privilege of working with numerous successful start-ups and seasoned companies in various sectors (mobility, manufacturing, retail, deep-tech, real-estate, insurance, IT) assisting them in compiling and revising general terms and conditions for their platform-based services, as well as drafting comprehensive sales, lease, and other commercial contracts. With a keen appreciation for effective communication and a solution-oriented approach, I strive to provide legal assistance that not only protects my clients' interests but also fosters their growth and success in the industry. I have also led the implementation of the legal-tech software Avokaado at Ellex Raidla law firm by developing our contract templates into effective and automated templates. Education plays a key role in my journey, and I am a firm believer in lifelong learning and self-improvement. I take pride in graduating cum laude in both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Tartu University, which equipped me with a solid foundation in legal principles and disciplined work. I aspire to encourage the same mindset in my practice as the seminar lead in the subjects of contract law, property law and the special seminar on civil law. In addition to my legal practice, I have had the privilege of co-authoring the book "Kinnisasjaõigus. Käsiraamat" together with Villu Kõve, the foreman of the Supreme Court. Furthermore, I have co-authored the commentary versions of the Law of Obligations Act and the General Part of the Civil Code Act. Collaborating on these significant legal texts has deepened my understanding of the complexities involved in contract law and reinforced my ability to provide meticulous and well-informed legal advice.
