I am experienced leader who helps businesses and stakeholders define and drive strategy, deliver new products, define operating models, increase efficiency and save money. I have worked with several Fortune 100 companies (Bank of America, TIAA, Vanguard) and to solve problems from start to finish, resolve and simplify complex business problems and influence cross-functional teams to reach goals. The variety of my work ranges from defining a strategy and executing assessments on business resiliency; deploying a new product in less than 6 months; to crafting an innovation strategy. In my current role, I define and execute strategy for the Client Experience organization and influence the broader commercial line of business. Including managing 17 products across client experience, financial industry solutions and multi-channel communications including print and mail. I've also had experience in client facing and middle office functions which help me understand and narrow focus on projects with high client impact.
