About Lily Sais

Hi, I’m Lily, a former lead school psychologist, now full time anxiety coach. I used to struggle with severe anxiety, OCD, and panic until I found the Three Principles. Understanding how we work as human beings shed light on my struggled and allowed me to return to my innate wellbeing. Today I’m a human being at peace with living life. I have a love for learning and doing things that lighten my heart and quiet my mind. Through the Three Principles understanding I realized I was perfect exactly as I was. There was nothing I needed to change. I was working beautifully! I wasn’t broken. Anxiety and panic were friendly alarms letting me know I was innocently misusing the beautiful gift of thought.I am so excited about sharing this with you all because learning about the Three Principles was the missing link I needed to unlock my inner wisdom and live with more ease. When I started to take my thinking less seriously, everything shifted. Perfection and peace of mind were waiting for me. Professional Bio: I graduated with honors and a degree in Psychology from Mount St. Mary’s College. I received my masters in Educational Psychology with a PPS in School Psychology from Loyola Marymount University. During my career as a school psychologist I completed mental health trainings in a variety of modalities. I loved continuing my education during my career as a school psychologist and have brought that same love for learning to my role as a coach. Sarie Taylor, a psychotherapist and Three Principles practitioner has been one of my mentors for years and I’m honored to now run The Membership with her. I am in the middle of completing Dr. Bill Pettit’s ALERT mentoring program with certification.I have also completed three of Dr. Bill Pettit’s courses: Exploring the Mind, brain, body, behavior Connection:Understanding Universal Principles Changes Everything; One Cause, One Cure: Seeing Universal Principles bring fresh hope and Hope for Helpers. I completed the Living a Guided Life & Caffeine for the Soul Immersion by Michael Neill, in addition to other Three Principles programs created by people such as Nicola Bird, Fiona Lukeis, and Pransky & Associates. I completed the Three Principles Global Community (3PGC) 2022 immersion in the Three Principles Understanding- Grounding and Awakening Well-Being: Bringing the Principles to Life. I’m currently participating in Dicken Bettinger’s Crazy Love course. Finally, I’m an apprentice with the 3PGC and will be a registered practitioner by September 2022.
