About Lindsay Palese

With over 17 years of experience in the education industry, I have developed a passion for creating and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns that drive enrollment, retention, and engagement. I am a strategic leader and a collaborative team player, who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As the Senior Director of Centralized Operations at EAB, I manage high-performing teams across print/mail services, quality control, and proofreading, and ensure the delivery of efficient and results-driven campaigns for our clients. In my current role, I leverage my skills in strategic planning, budget management, and process improvement to establish compelling campaign strategies, monitor deployment operations, and serve as the central point of contact for all mail/print and QC production activities. I also identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, and create capacity models to support department resources. I have successfully led multiple large-scale and complex projects, such as the implementation of a new email platform, the migration of a legacy system, and the launch of a new service line.
