With over 15 years of work experience in the aviation industry, I am a passionate and skilled operation coordination specialist at Jazz Aviation LP, one of Canada's largest regional airlines. My core competencies include managing aircraft and passenger movement, implementing plans to prevent delays, and maintaining on-time performance. I am driven by the mission of providing safe, reliable, and efficient air transportation to our customers and partners. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in three regions of operation, Eastern, Central, and Western, and have extensive knowledge of Jazz Aviation's fleet and operations. In my current role, I am responsible for managing up to 50 aircrafts daily, requiring thorough knowledge of maintenance, airport operations, and passenger movement. I proactively communicate with dispatch, airports, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely operations. I also have a strong focus on customer service, as I handle any issues or concerns that may arise from passengers or crew. Additionally, I have a business management background, which helps me to understand and optimize the financial and operational aspects of the aviation industry.
