About Lisa Bond

I am an accounting manager with 16 years of accounting and administrative experience, 9 of which have been in the restaurant industry. My attention to detail has naturally drawn me to the accounting field while my love for interacting with all types people and making new connections has kept me in hospitality industry.Currently I work for Maggiano's Little Italy, as the Regional Accounting Manager overseeing 7 restaurants in our D.C and Texas markets. I've had the opportunity to open restaurants and be an integral part of developing financial procedures in our new restaurant models. I have been fortunate to work with the best people in our company across the country in over 50 locations.I started my restaurant career in college. After a few months as a part time host at Roy Yamaguchi's restaurant, Roy's, I was promoted to Administrative Assistant. I continued my administrative and accounting experience at the University of Florida in charge of Fiscal and Membership Services at Borland Medical Library. I loved working with the wonderful people at UF, but I found my heart remained in hospitality.I truly love what I do. The analytical aspect of the job mixed with joy of bringing people together to create memorable experiences makes every day different.
