About Lisa Ford

I am an experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant who supports leaders and teams to navigate complex and uncertain times, supporting their growth as individuals and as communities. I am a strong relationship builder, influencer, internal consultant, thought leader and project manager who brings authenticity, kindness and curiosity to the workplace. I understand that the social capital produced by engaged staff is key to organisational success. Knowing that the best organisations are inspirational as well as effective, I integrate insights and ongoing learning from leadership and management thought and practice, organisational and positive psychology, leadership coaching and Western and Buddhist philosophy with years of deep experience and personal application. For me, it's about sustaining a self-aware reflective practice which places people and purpose at the centre; a practice I continue to apply around our shared organisational mission, values and challenges.
