I’m a strategic, results-oriented leader with 13+ years of experience building and leading an in-house localization team for a mission-driven technology company. I am an exceptional activator and communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments, inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve challenging goals through data-informed strategies, efficient project management, and continual process improvement. I am an innovative problem solver, my innate curiosity drives me to understand how things work, which helps me to explain complex technical and linguistic concepts to a diverse group of stakeholders. I am a relationship-centered leader who coaches, develops, and motivates teams to grow in their skill set and capacity as they fully own and execute on their clearly defined roles and goals. I’m a skilled cross-cultural communicator with high level proficiency in Spanish and a passion for creating authentic, culturally relevant experiences for global users. I also spent seven years in several global marketing and creative agencies managing national advertising, public relations, and digital marketing campaigns for enterprise clients including Toyota Motor Sales, Hyundai Motor America, Taco Bell Corp, Hasbro Inc, and TJX Companies Inc. I have also led communities of volunteers, both online and in-person, in a professional capacity for the past 15 years, inspiring people to contribute their time and expertise to causes they care about. My work is informed by my own transformational experiences as a life-long volunteer contributing to non-profit organizations serving a wide variety of community needs, including people experiencing homelessness and hunger, those seeking asylum, as well as organizations advocating for more equitable policies that support underprivileged communities. I am a passionate advocate for all types of caregivers and am dedicating my expertise and experiences to advance policies such as paid family leave, affordable childcare, and flexible work arrangements that allow employees to contribute to their fullest potential both at work and with their families.
