About Lisa Harding

I help teachers transition out of the classroom—and into careers they love. As a co-founder of the Teacher Career Transition Academy and former CEO of a leading EdTech company, my mission is to empower educators to reclaim their careers, rewrite their professional story, and land jobs that align with their strengths, values, and goals. Over the past 17 years, I’ve led sales, marketing, product, and strategy at the highest levels in EdTech. I built and scaled teams, directed M&A efforts, launched new revenue streams, and drove major growth at SimpleK12—one of the largest continuing education providers for teachers. I know what companies want, how hiring works, and how to translate teaching into language the corporate world understands. Now, I use that expertise to help teachers step into new industries with confidence. Through my coaching programs, online academy, webinars, and resources, I’ve helped thousands of educators pivot into roles in learning & development, customer success, sales, instructional design, HR, and more. Whether I’m developing digital products, coaching a job-seeking teacher, or advising education companies on growth, everything I do is rooted in this belief: Teachers have incredible value.
