About Lisa McQuerrey

Our founder, David Noble, has often said "It's about the people." and he was right. Culture is the reason why I am here, even after three decades of working in the financial services and insurance business. As part of American Equity’s senior leadership team, my focus is on developing and implementing customer-centric strategies and programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty across multiple audiences, which include conceptualizing, developing, and managing successful execution of our best-in-class meetings and events. I get to be a part of making sure relationships are still the key element of our business. Every event I organize and every program we develop to enhance financial professional engagement, is never about transactions but about our customers and agents. Part of my 20+ year career was spent learning what it means to truly care for people. Through this focus, I am able to work in synergy with my American Equity team with this goal in mind – creating long-lasting partnerships across the board. I couldn’t have imagined where this journey would lead – from over 15 years by the side of our founder Mr. Noble, to now overseeing an important part of our corporate strategy I am proud of the people I work with every day and humbled by the opportunity to lead.
