I designed and administered a Leadership Development program at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco for 175 managers; my training evaluations averaged 95%. In other capacities, I also trained counseling interns, clinicians, front-line staff, and volunteers. One of my proudest professional accomplishments was the establishment of a bilingual counseling and health education program for high-risk adolescents in San Francisco’s Mission District. This was the first program of its kind to address the needs of the local Latino community.
