I passionately believe that employees come to work with the intention of doing their best. When that doesn’t happen it’s most likely because they’re a poor fit for the role, the team, the company culture or they’re simply being improperly managed. As a Predictive Index Certified Partner, I use assessment tools to help create a culture where employees are in alignment with company goals and their individual job role. When managers understand their direct reports and are taught how to manage and communicate with them, magic happens. Employees come to work driven to succeed (as opposed to doing the minimum to earn a paycheck). Ultimately, it’s good for business as it directly affects the bottom in the form of greater productivity, decreased turnover and greater employee engagement.
