About Lisa Sass

Hi I'm Lisa, So who am I? and what am I about? I started out my working life by literally 'falling' into the care sector at the tender age of 16. Since then I have worked for various care companies, including the NHS and gradually built myself up to management level. However the long hours and gruelling schedules became too much and I needed a change. Hello next chapter of my life. Thanks to the many skills I acquired throughout my working life I found that I had quite a talent with administration, time management and with people. Carers spend around 50% of their day completing paperwork and Senior Carers spend about 80%- mainly using complex software. I have all this talent in Training, Planning, Resourcing in Social Services & Customer Service. I am also skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and 365, I can also switch between Mac and Windows machines. I am a great advocate of self improvement - having used lockdown as an opportunity to complete a number of courses, including HR & Marketing, Email Marketing, and becoming Social Media Certified. And starting my BSc with the Open University in Psychology. I am a people person and genuinely want people to have the best experience they can when dealing with me and the company I represent. I hope that this 'about' has given you a better feel for me, and what I am actually about.
