Realizing my true potential, I have found there is no greater purpose for my life than to encourage the development, and manifest the embodiment, of sustained transformation in others towards their own, unique purpose. As a professional and academic writer, with a Master's Degree in Technical Communications from America's #1 most innovative college, Arizona State University, I enjoy working with the dreams of other writers and professionals to engender the life of their creation in a beautifully composed grant, website (design/authoring), social media, book, or academic work. This degree cumulated with a published thesis- Don't Feed the Trolls: Needs Assessment Analysis for Heuristic to Create Rhetorical Civility in Social Media. It is through the avid consideration of ethical leadership and honest integrity that the work I produce garners credibility to those whom I work with. Serving my community's development towards what is good and perfect is why I exist today. It is through this hope that my work can serve and aid you in obtaining your dreams and future endeavors ahead. As a doctoral student earning an EdD in Organizational Leadership, I have uncovered the premier ability to write and edit content in a professional and yet intriguing manner. Now working on my doctoral thesis,"How Young Adults Describe Life Purpose during Emerging Adulthood in the Southwestern United States," the focus of my life is coming into greater mastery and expertise. Much of my work is based on deep philosophical application with an organizational communication setting, focusing on strategic change. It is through my immense work and study, on the education and science of strategic change, that the development of an effective approach exists within my work today. Working with emerging adults has revealed to me the dedication which exists within a mind of intrigue and awe, and thus, I seek to instill such a worldview within the writings I engage with to produce, the idea of wonder.
