Mr. Lokesh Malik is a practicing Advocate based out of New Delhi. With an extensive experience in the fields of law advisory and risk compliances, Mr. Malik excels across various verticals of litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, dispute advisory services, and corporate risk assessment. Mr. Malik is an experienced Litigation lawyer with extensive experience in working across civil, corporate/commercial litigation and arbitration matters. His skill set also extends to risk analysis, compliance and corporate advisory. He has successfully advised a wide range of companies as well as individual stakeholders and creditors to establish and adopt appropriate strategies and assist in dealing with complex legal matters. He has represented clients before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, High courts (pan india), various District courts and Tribunals (including and not limited to NCLAT, DRAT, NCLT and DRT) across the country and has successfully advised/represented stakeholders on corporate/commercial and civil matters (ranging from Rs.10 lakhs to Rs. crores). Mr. Malik additionally contributes to the fraternity by taking up pro-bono work where he continually supports the less privileged.
