As a Service Desk Manager, I lead a team that supports multiple applications, primarily within the public sector. Our portfolio includes health-related systems, library software, wind turbine monitoring, and systems for police, healthcare, and public infrastructure such as the Danish Road Directorate.I am responsible for our Major Incident Management team and processes, actively participating as a Major Incident Manager both during business hours and after-hours. In the team we ensure smooth management of critical incidents, coordinating efforts with both domestic and international clients. We also handle communication with stakeholders and ensure strict adherence to contract terms.In my role as a People Manager, I lead and mentor a team of 8, fostering their development and supporting their career goals. I’m passionate about creating a positive work environment, placing great emphasis on work-life balance for my team.With strong experience in collaborating with partners, I report on KPIs and lead client meetings to discuss progress, patterns, and future initiatives.I’m deeply interested in people and always strive to build an inclusive, supportive workplace where both individuals and teams thrive.
