About Lorelie Mathias

My career has been anything but typical. I spent the first twenty years of my work life establishing a Non Profit organization from scratch, while serving on the foreign mission field in Asia. Since that time I have had a wonderful variety of job experience which I believe has given me a unique approach to purposeful work. I believe people are at the heart of any worthwhile endeavor including business. Connecting with people, building rapport, meeting needs, and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations is an approach I like to take in my work. I have gone from being a leader of multi-cultural teams in a foreign country to working entry level positions. I know how to be flexible, function in various capacities of work and serve on a team. I have over 25 years of experience delivering customer service, business development, and creatively solving problems. I am organized and systematic with natural relationship-building and leadership talents. I am also adept at various business functions including, sales, operations, finance, and customer service. Working with attention to details I can do, but with an overall big picture mindset. I believe if we prioritize people in business, profits will follow.
