I am a seasoned pastoral counsellor and life coach with over 11 years of experience that transform lives. Driven by a desire to inspire positive change, I specialize in cultivating healthy coping skills by reducing the effect of traumatic experiences lived through. My commitment lies in creating a safe and caring environment where clients can navigate their unique journeys towards personal growth. With a diverse background in pastoral- and trauma counselling, stress relief, PTSO, relationship dynamics, marriage counselling, pre-marital counselling, performance enhancement, career planning, and life coaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge to support adolescents (12 years and older) and adults. I am well-versed in both in-person and online counselling. I thrive on understanding the distinctive character and needs of each client, tailoring my approach to their specific challenges. As a lifelong learner, I continuously expand my toolkit with a variety of techniques. I firmly believe in taking psychological ownership of my words and actions, emphasizing the utmost importance of confidentiality, honesty, and loyalty in building strong client relationships.
