About Louise Cameron

I currently work as a Policy Manager at the Scottish Government. Prior to this, I worked for two years at the Scottish Parliament as a Parliamentary Assistant. I am a graduate of the University of St Andrews, having achieved a Master of Arts in International Relations and German. During my degree I spent some time in Germany to improve the fluency of my German, and worked as a English Teacher in Bavaria. I have worked for both gin and whisky distilleries, and I have an interest in Scottish Tourism and Heritage. I am a talented soprano singer, currently singing for Edinburgh Festival Chorus and St Giles Cathedral Choir in Edinburgh, and I was a former scholar to St Salvator's Chapel Choir, St Andrews. I am an enthusiastic, determined and communicative employee, who focuses on working hard with a solutions orientated approach. I have a strong interest in politics, feminism, international organisations, international relations, foreign language learning and equalites.
