I am a former senior leader and experienced primary school teacher, now serving as a Casework Lead in the SEND reviews team. With a proven track record of high achievement across both the state and independent sectors, I bring a wealth of expertise in leadership, strategic decision-making, and people management. I have successfully led teams across all year groups (EYFS - UKS2), guiding each phase through successful Ofsted inspections. In my previous leadership roles, I played a pivotal part in re-mapping the curriculum, ensuring collaborative team efforts, meeting deadlines, and empowering staff to deliver impactful outcomes for stakeholders. I also have extensive experience reviewing and actioning EHCP reports in the school setting, applying my strong knowledge of individual needs and interventions to ensure effective support for students. Skilled in data analysis, I identify specific strengths and areas of need, ensuring tailored interventions that drive progress. My expertise extends to managing budgets effectively, particularly in the areas of Sports and Military premiums. In addition, I have mentored Early Career Teachers, providing support and guidance as they navigate their first years in education. Now, in my current role as a Casework Lead, I continue to leverage my leadership and people management skills, supporting teams and stakeholders in reviewing and resolving cases with a focus on positive outcomes.
