About Loyd Johnson

I’m a IT Client Support Specialist with a strong track record of leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking—consistently stepping up during transitions and driving meaningful improvements in both customer experience and internal process. My career has always been about connecting people, technology, and opportunity. From operations management to IT support, I’ve led without a title by identifying gaps, mentoring peers, and helping teams deliver better results. Now, I’m focused on building toward a future in IT leadership. My core interests include IT Service Strategy, Business Relationship Management, Project Coordination, Systems Integration, Process Improvement, and Leadership in Practice. I’m currently completing a BS in Information Technology and will be applying for the Plus One Program pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management with a Leadership concentration from Northeastern University. These programs are helping me shape a broader view of how strategy, systems, and people come together to serve the business.
