There is always a more effective way to achieve a goal. Efficiency is key to success. After earning an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management I have worked as a Sr Associate for Strategy & (former Booz & Co.). While in consulting, I have worked on projects that include- Definition of Capability Driven Strategy to enable >150% sales growth in 5-7 years - Transformation Strategy to achieve +20% EBITDA uplift - Strategic Product Cost Management to reduce selected equipment procurement costs by $1-2M - New business development that led to $2M project with a new client Prior to consulting I have served the Italian Air Force as an electronics engineer on several international projects, including procurement, logistic support, development and modification of military airplanes. While in the Air Force, I was selected to represent Italy in the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office to work on the Program's development strategy and on the guidelines to efficiently, and innovatively operate and maintain the jet. Through my international work in the US with 9 different countries and 13 services, I gained unique exposure and insights on different cultures and ways of doing business. I have provided exceptional operational performance analysis, successful integration across teams/functions, production processes’ optimization, market analysis and transformation strategy definition/implementation to achieve growth and sustained efficiency within available budgets. I have successfully led projects, delivering the exceptional results ahead of schedule with reduced budgets. I have always enjoyed working in teams, and I have always been able to get the best out of my teammates.
