About Luca de Santis

Transformation has been a central theme throughout my career journey. Since becoming a part of the Eni family in 2002, I've had the chanc e of working within a dynamic, goal oriented international team. This experience has enabled me to improve my focus on transformation and leverage my organizational and operational skills effectively. I currently lead Eni's Human Resources and Organization division, a division that occupies a strategic position in supporting the pursuit of Eni's energy transition and decarbonization goals. At Eni, we believe in a Just Transition, where no one is left behind. Smart working, D&I issues and employee welfare are integral to this vision and reflect our commitment to values, actions, and innovation, bound by a strong corporate culture. Our loyalty to building a fairer and more inclusive future of work is stronger than ever. As the HR team, our foremost priority is to continually foster interaction, streamline company processes, and cultivate a culture of collaboration.
