Ever since I was able to press buttons on a keyboard, I had my own notepad document on the family computer titled "LUCY" where I would pretend to be writing important codes or managing big bank statements that controlled the world. At the early age of 9, I was busy learning how to code websites and create digital art off of online documents and walkthroughs. By 11 I had self-taught myself every piece of the Adobe Tool Kit. Fast forward 13 years and I'm taking every available programming and computer course that my university could offer me and creating digital art during every free second I have. Combining my love of art, programing, numbers, and world maps, I completed a bachelor’s degree in Geographic Analysis & Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with a minor in Environmental Science, and then continued on to complete my certificate in GIS. During this time, I gathered experience in the logistics and services industries by working as a secretary, logistics co-ordinator, and customer service representative for medical and logistics companies. I volunteered over 400 hours teaching high school students psychical and social geography, as well as 6 years of service to the Ontario Collegiate Equestrian Association as President and a Membership Coordinator. My first job fresh out of post-secondary was a program developer at an environmental education based summer camp for children under 12. Currently, I am working as a Performance Specialist at a channel managing and sales incentive organization where I can put my personable, analytical, and organizational skills to good use. Previously, I was an account coordinator, where I had the ability to combine my data analysis skills, creative skills, and marketing skills into one. I proudly can say I am extremely organized, time efficient, and my best quality is breaking the “ice” in any situation. I am a phenomenal team player, work well alone or in big groups, and have a great work ethic. My WPM is 101 with 100% accuracy. I love a challenge and I love to come out on top. When I’m not typing quickly or making my vivid dreams a reality with the strokes of my mouse, I’m either riding my horse, playing video games, camping in the middle of the deep woods, or playing a large variety of instruments.
