Background
About Lucy Juniper
I am an Arts producer based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. My work is often focused on space management, youth engagement, supporting emerging artists and working with communities. Since returning to Wakefield after university in 2013 I've been passionate about making my city a vibrant place for young creatives to live and work. I have worked with great organisations such as somewhereto_ and The Art House, who have invested in creating opportunities and space for young people. I now work at The Art House managing our off-site spaces, this includes working closely with artists and community groups to provide them support and space as well as producing exhibitions and events. In 2020 myself, Amy Lilley, Emma Hardaker and Ellie Way created the collective Open to the Public. We have worked on public art and engagement projects across the Wakefield district with organisations such as Wakefield Council, South Square Centre and Beam. You can see more of our work here
