I began my career in the fast-paced world of political campaigns, leading 50+ campaigns across Oregon and California with a 95% win rate. From school board races to gubernatorial elections, I’ve helped elect transformational leaders including: Gavin Newsom, CA Governor Kate Brown, OR Governor Ellen Rosenblum, OR Attorney General Ricki Ruiz, youngest legislator elected in Oregon’s history But I don’t just build political movements — I build infrastructure for change. As the Founder & CEO of Reyna Consulting Group, I help mission-driven leaders and startups with strategy, management consulting, and fractional executive leadership. My work lives at the intersection of entrepreneurship, community, and social impact — always grounded in values, and always future-facing. With experience launching 5 startups and building 4 nonprofits from the ground up, I specialize in taking ideas from zero to traction — with intention, systems, and soul. Now, my work is focused on shaping the future of work: A future that’s fluid, human-centered, and deeply free.
